Large variety of routes generally available. Lots of training areas. Price of membership and daily admission are steep compared to other places in the area. Parking can be very difficult during peak times.

Came to visit from CA last Friday and wanted to check this place out. Not so busy around 10am! 25$ for a day pass and free shoe rentals for first timers! This place was great! There are two floors to boulder from. There are 4 sections you can visit, but one section was closed for renovations when I went. The bathrooms were very clean. They also have towels, shampoo/conditioner and body wash! They also provide chalk bags posted in every section if you need it! I have little experience climbing and the guy at the front desk gave us great information on how to get started. I stuck with the yellow and red problems since im just starting out. I had a great time bouldering here! I would've kept climbing if my forearms weren't so shot after 2 hours! We also checked out the free weights section after. This gym has everything you need! Theres even a cafe inside! They also have beer served later in the day which I thought was cool. Definitely something I'll look forward to visiting when I come visit Seattle again!

Tons of cool climbs! Go on a weekday during work hours to avoid the crowds. There is usually parking close by. A membership comes with a lot of benefits, like yoga, fitness classes, and guest passes. There are saunas too!

This is THE mainstream climbing gym of Seattle. It's easily the biggest bouldering gym I've been in - there are 2 floors with hundreds of climbs at any time to try. It caters to climbers of all levels so it's a great place to start climbing as a beginner. The clearest downside is that this place is very busy even with the large space. At peak times it's difficult to find parking and you will often have to take turns climbing the routes you want. The upside? Your climbing friends have probably heard of this place or have a membership already so it's a great way to socialize. Prices are standard for climbing gym: high but not outrageous. If you go more than once a week it's worth it last I checked to get a year membership (which you pay upfront for all at once).
